We already use another practice management system. Why switch?
Most systems store what you type. MedNode writes the note for you — you speak normally through the consultation and get a structured SOAP note at the end. That is usually 60–90 minutes a day back. We also do not lock your data in: you can export everything at any time.
How accurate is the AI Scribe with Indian accents?
It is built and tested for Indian English and Hindi consultations. The honest answer is that you should judge it yourself — book a demo and we will run it on a real consultation in your clinic before you pay anything.
Is my patient data safe?
Records are encrypted with AES-256 in transit and at rest, hosted in India (Azure Central India), and handled in line with the DPDP Act 2023. Your clinic’s data is yours — we never sell it, and you can export or delete it on request.
Do my patients need to install an app?
No. Patients receive prescriptions and receipts on WhatsApp and can follow the queue in a browser. If they do create a free MedNode account, their records build into a health history they can share with any doctor.
What does setup involve?
We do it for you: your clinic profile, doctors, services and fee list, and your existing patient list if you have it in a spreadsheet. Usually under an hour, and it is free.
Can my receptionist use it without seeing clinical records?
Yes. Receptionist accounts can manage the queue, appointments and billing, but cannot open prescriptions, clinical notes or patient records. That separation is built in, not an add-on.
What if we want to stop?
Cancel any time — monthly plans are month to month. Export your patients, prescriptions and billing history on the way out. No exit fee, no data hostage.
